Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 12GB RAM benchmarks
Samsung’s next-gen Galaxy S flagships coming early in 2024, with a tentative launch rumored for January. Earlier, we’ve seen benchmark scores of the Galaxy S24 Plus and Ultra with Exynos 2400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, respectively. Now, the Galaxy S24 Ultra surfaced with Qualcomm’s chip and 12GB of RAM.
In the latest Geekbench listing, Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S24 Ultra has been spotted running Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, paired with 12GB of RAM. Interestingly, this variant scored lower than the earlier one, but we shouldn’t put too much stock into these early software runs.

It’s worth mentioning that the prime core is clocked at 3.30GHz, which is higher than the 3.21GHz of Samsung’s Exynos 2400 processor and lower than the 3.36GHz of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy that powers the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
