Pixel Troubleshooting: Google’s new app for easy solutions

Published

on

Google has introduced a new app called Pixel Troubleshooting that helps users fix common problems with their Pixel devices. The app is available with the Google Pixel 8 series devices, which have a new thermal design to prevent overheating.

Pixel Troubleshooting app can diagnose and solve issues related to battery performance, device temperature, and mobile network connectivity. It gives users suggestions based on their specific problems and also allows them to contact the Pixel support team if needed.

The app has two main options – Battery diagnostics and Mobile connection troubleshooting. Each option shows a list of possible issues and tips to fix them.

Battery Diagnostics: It helps users to identify which features or apps are consuming more battery power than usual, and suggest ways to optimize them. It can also detect if the device is getting too warm or having trouble charging.

Mobile Connection: It helps users to improve their network signal strength, switch between different network modes, or reset their network settings.

The app is currently only compatible with the Pixel 8 series devices, but it may be available for older Pixel models soon.
