Samsung to remain the most beloved Wear OS smartwatch brand in 2023
Samsung will remain the world’s best-selling Wear OS smartwatch brand in 2023. A new TrendForce estimation has surfaced on the internet, revealing various wearable manufacturers’ (Apple, Samsung & Garmin) presence in the international market.
According to the report, Samsung is expected to post a 10-percent market share in the international smartwatch market in 2023. It means, the company will be the biggest seller of Wear OS smartwatches, benefitting Google as well, indirectly.

With a 10-percent share, Samsung will keep its second spot in the international market. Apple, on the other hand, is likely to score 32 percent market share, the same as last year. China’s Huawei could lose 1 percent market compared to last year’s performance.
Garmin and Fitbit are estimated to post 4 percent and 1 percent market share, respectively. The market presence of other wearable brands is about to increase as TrendForce estimates a 46 percent share, 3 percent up from the last year.
