Samsung testing new One UI 6.1 firmware on Galaxy S24 Ultra
Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S24 series next year, while the One UI 6.1 firmware development is already underway. While we are well aware of the possible Galaxy S24 series design, the software part remains a mystery as Samsung often amazes consumers with its x.1 iteration.
In a recent development, user CID / X, spotted that Samsung is now testing new AWJ8 One UI 6.1 firmware on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The last Galaxy S24 series test build was AWJ6, which got a minor update, with the version shifted to AWJ8.

One UI 6.1 will be based on Android 14, and new features addition is anticipated. At the same time, the company is working to start the One UI 6 update rollout to the Galaxy S23 series. Meanwhile, a few bugs in the software are halting the rollout, with Beta 8 expected to roll out in the near future.
