Earlier this month, Samsung launched the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone. The device ships with an older chipset, which the company debuted with the S22 flagships. In a recent teardown video of the Galaxy S23 FE, it can be seen where Samsung went wrong with the S22 series.

Exynos 2200 chipset ruined the performance and gaming experience on the Galaxy S22 series. Not that all, but the chipset led Samsung to rethink its semiconductor foundry and ship the S23 series solely with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

Well, the company somehow managed to fix the concerns of its Exynos 2200 chip with the Galaxy S23 FE. The phone’s teardown video (via PBKReviews) shows that the device is equipped with the biggest vapor chamber cooling system ever seen in Samsung’s history.

Such an enlarged cooling technique helps the S23 FE’s Exynos chip doesn’t throttle as much as it does in the Galaxy S22 flagships. As a result, the less throttling helps the S23 FE’s Exynos SoC perform better than it does in the Galaxy S22 series.
