Samsung Galaxy A51 4G receiving 2 One UI 5.1.1 enhancements

Samsung has pushed the One UI 5.1.1 update for Galaxy A51 4G users in the US. This update is already available for 5G models and is now rolling out for locked models on the Verizon network.

Users can identify the latest update through One UI build version A515USQUBFWI2. The latest software of the Samsung Galaxy A51 comes with two One UI 5.1.1 enhancements. It adds new features and improvements to Contacts and Messages

In addition, the update installs the Android security patch released in August 2023 to improve system security and stability. This patch fixes a bundle of issues to provide a better performance and experience.

Contacts

• The Call Background menu has been moved to Contact Details. Select a contact > Select the three dots (More options) > Select Edit call background to change the background of your contact.

Messages

• When you share an image with the Samsung Messages app, the conversations and contacts tabs are now shown at the top for easy access.
