Samsung hints Exynos 2500 will be manufactured on 3nm GAA process
Samsung’s System LSI Division President hinted that there is a possibility of applying the cutting-edge 3nm GAA process technology on Exynos 2500. Recently, the official expressed his confidence that the Exynos 2400 brings superior GPU performance than its rivals.
The next year’s Galaxy S smartphones will be packed with Exynos 2400. This processor is reportedly being manufactured on Samsung’s enhanced 4nm process tech. Qualcomm also opted for TSMC’s 4nm process as part of ensuring the process maturity.

It’s worth noting that the Exynos 2400 has significantly improved CPU performance by 1.7 times and AI performance by 14.7 times over the past two years, compared to the Exynos 2200. President Park confirmed that it will be installed in smartphones released next year.
