According to Revegnus, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will have a new 50-megapixel Telephoto camera, featuring 5x optical zoom. The new solution rumored for the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a pixel size of 0.7μm and a sensor size of 1/2.52-inch.

It replaces the 10-megapixel sensor, which Samsung used in the Galaxy S23 Ultra with a 1.12μm pixel size and 1/3.2-inch sensor size. Notably, this sensor features 10x optical zoom technology, which will be capped to 5x in the upcoming Ultra.
