Adjust App Usage Restriction Settings
You can effectively resolve app crashing issues on your Galaxy smartphone and enjoy a smoother, hassle-free mobile experience by adjusting the app usage restriction settings.
Just need to, navigate to Settings >> Tap on Modes & Routines >> Select the random mode >> Restrict app usage >> Select the app from the list – Disable >> Press Done >> Turn the mode off and then back on to refresh the settings.
Delete App Data in Modes and Routines
Go to Settings > Applications > Modes and routines >> Clear data for Modes and routines to resolve the issue.
Keep Your Software Updated
Samsung plans to release software updates addressing these problems. Ensure your smartphone is up to date. To check and install the latest update, you just need to visit Settings >> Software Update >> Download and Install.
