In late October, Samsung initiated the Stable Android 14 update rollout for its newest Galaxy S flagships. In a recent development, the company pushed the One UI 6.0 November 2023 patch to the Galaxy S23 series, which failed to address the widget animation bug.

Samsung is rolling out a November 2023 security patch to the Galaxy S23 series on Android 14. Earlier, the company pledged that the widget animation problem of Galaxy S23 lineup would be addressed with November 2023 One UI 6.0 software, but it’s not happening for now.

After installing the BWK5 update, a Galaxy S23 user (via theonecid) posted a video clip on X. In the screen recording clip, you can see that the widget-homescreen transition animation is broken. This means the company still has to enhance the One UI 6.0 build for the Galaxy S23 lineup.
