A major One UI Home update is in pipeline for Samsung devices

Samsung seems to be working on a major One UI Home app update for Android 14 devices. While users are facing issues while using Good Lock’s Home Up plugin, the next release is likely to address the widget animation problem as well.

Stable One UI 6.0 update broke widget animation on Galaxy S23 phones. In a recent statement, a community moderator revealed that an update coming November end. This release is said to bring back the widget animation which showcases on swiping from down to top.

Samsung’s Android 14-based One UI 6.0 (Stable) is available for the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S22 series. The update rolled out for the former lineup is various markets, while the latter line just started to get it in certain countries in European continent.
