Apple iPhone 16 and 16 Plus to bring 60Hz display: 2019 vibes in 2024

Samsung Galaxy S20 series flagships entirely introduced a 120Hz refresh rate display. Since 2020, Samsung flagships have continued to bring display panels, supporting 120Hz refresh rate. Apple, on the other hand, is expected to ship the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus with a 60Hz display.

According to supply chain sources (via Naver), Apple iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus could bring a 60Hz LTPS display. The standard model to get a 6.12-inch display, while the Plus variant to equip a 6.69-inch panel. Apart from this, both models would have iPhone 15-like size and appearance.
