It’s almost confirmed that the Galaxy S24 series will be unveiled in the US on January 17 next year. Before finalizing San Jose, Samsung reportedly considered San Francisco in the US and Seoul in South Korea as potential Unpacked event venues for the Galaxy S24 series.

However, Samsung has finally decided to hold Galaxy S24’s Unpacked in San Jose, keeping close collaboration with Google and competition with Apple in mind. Notably, the next launch event is going to take place about 15 days earlier than the previous events.

Within January, the South Korean tech giant will make the new flagships available across the world. In the first half of 2024, Galaxy S24 will help Samsung improve its earnings. Going on, the Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 will go official in the second half to maintain sales.

Pre-orders for the Galaxy S24 series to start on January 17 itself. In markets like South Korea, it will be held from January 19 to 25 due to the time difference. Pre-opening will be held for reservation buyers from January 26 to 30, with global availability expected from January 30.
