Google updates Clock app for Wear OS with better Alarm and Stopwatch functionality
Google has updated its Clock app for Wear OS, which brings some minor but useful changes to the Alarm and Stopwatch features of the app. The new version of the Google Clock app for Wear OS is 6.6.171.582642317. It is currently rolling out to the Pixel Watch and Pixel Watch 2.
Now, the Alarm feature allows users to create new alarms more easily, by moving the floating action button (FAB) to the top of the screen, instead of the bottom.
The Stopwatch feature also gets a slight tweak, as it now shows the reset button at all times, instead of only after pausing the timer. This means that users can clear the stopwatch with one tap. However, the update does not affect the Timer feature or the Wear OS Tiles that display the Clock app.
