US Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S22 getting One UI 6.0 (Android 14) update

Samsung rolled out an Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update for the Galaxy S22 series in several markets and the company is now making it available for unlocked models in the US.

One UI 6.0 update for unlocked Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra models can be identified through One UI build versions ending with DWK5. 

Based on Android 14, One UI 6 comes with a revamped quick settings panel to provide easier access to the features you use most, enhanced Home screen widgets, a fresh design for emojis, and other improvements to take your Galaxy experience to the next level.

The latest update brings the November 2023 security patch to improve system security and stability by fixing several issues. Moreover, it updates several stock apps to the latest available version.

Users can check and install the update through Settings >> Software Update >> Download and install.
