Samsung prepares One UI 6.1 Beta Program for Galaxy
Samsung is reportedly preparing the One UI 6.1 Beta Program for Galaxy devices. In a recent development, a Korean Galaxy S23 was spotted running a Beta firmware. Usually, the company delivers a stable release of x.1 or x.1.1 versions of One UI to eligible Galaxy devices.
Things got changed this year. For the first time, Samsung started testing an incremental One UI upgrade – One UI 5.1.1. While the activity remained limited to South Korea for certain Galaxy models, it’s also possible that Samsung will begin Beta for One UI 6.1 too.

It has been spotted that One UI 6.1’s internal testing has begun for the Galaxy S23 in Korea. The firmware’s version indicates that the Public Beta Program of One UI 6.1 is on the way. The character “Z” at the last fourth place of the firmware version reveals its Beta nature.
One UI 6.1 Beta Program for Galaxy devices will let Samsung deploy a Stable release to the Public. We hope it to be available in at least seven countries, similar to Android’s Beta for Galaxy devices. Are you excited about One UI 6.1 Beta? We will keep you updated on the topic!
