Samsung Galaxy S23 FE buyers in Korea sign up to return it after 2 years
South Korea’s KT (Korea Telecom) today announced that over half of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE buyers have signed up for a device return-type service, letting them return it after 2 years.
For the subscription service, 50% of the factory price (423,000 won) is deferred if a monthly fee of 2,000 won is paid for 24 months. If you return the device after 24 months, the deferred remaining balance is compensated.

When returning, the device must be in normal power condition, have no visible damage, and the account must have been deleted. About half of the customers who wanted to purchase a terminal at a reasonable price chose this subscription service.
For example, if you receive a public subsidy for a plan worth 69,000 won or more and use a subscription service, there is no cost to purchase the device. KT also provides a communication fee discount affiliate card and terminal care service.
If you automatically transfer telecommunication bills using the ‘Simple Life Hana Card’ for KT customers, you can receive a billing discount of 27,000 won per month for 24 months if the previous month’s performance is 800,000 won or more.
