Samsung could soon release the first Galaxy Unpacked teaser ahead of the tentative January 17 event. While One UI 6.1 features have started to surface on the web, a tipster just revealed major upgrades that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra could offer – 2600 nits bright screen and 5x zoom for 8k videos.
According to the info, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra could have a screen offering peak brightness of up to 2,600 nits. Earlier, 2500 nits screen was rumored for the company’s next Ultra smartphone, with the new rumor taking it to 100 nits additional.

Ditching the 10x zoom telephoto, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra could feature a new 50-megapixel solution with 5x optical zoom ability. Thanks to the new sensor, S24 Ultra could be able to record 8K videos with up to 5x zoom, while the S23 Ultra can record 8K 30fps videos, but with pure digital zoom.
