Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max to get 10x periscope camera: Report
This year, Apple introduced the iPhone 15 lineup, which brings the first periscope camera iPhone. A new report indicates that the iPhone 17 Pro Max could feature a 10x zoom periscope, an upgrade from 5x, and LG Innotek would be removed from the supply chain.
According to Investing (via @Tech_Reve), Apple will remove LG Innotek from the list of suppliers for the next-generation 10x periscope to be adopted in iPhone 17 Pro Max instead of the current 5x folded zoom actuator and replace it with a Chinese partner.

ICT, a subsidiary of Luxshare in China, is likely to replace LG Innotek in supplying the next-generation folded zoom actuator. The next-generation folded zoom actuator is said to improve performance from the current 5 times to up to 10 times.
Samsung flagships from the Galaxy S21 Ultra to Galaxy S23 Ultra equip a 10x optical zoom camera. However, the next Ultra smartphone won’t be equipped with the 10x optical zoom sensor, with a new 50-megapixel solution featuring 5x optical zoom applied instead.
