Samsung Galaxy S24 series memory configuration options leaked!

Just a month remaining in Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event. The company is all set to introduce the next-generation Galaxy S flagship lineup in the US next month. Meanwhile, the storage variants of the Galaxy S24 series have been leaked yet again.

In a recent development, tipster @Tech_Reve revealed the RAM and storage options of the Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra. The document mentioned in his X post reveals that the Galaxy S24 will be available in 128GB and 256GB models with 8GB RAM onboard.

On the other hand, the Galaxy S24 Plus is expected to get 12GB RAM with memory variants including 256GB and 512GB. The leak says that Galaxy S24 Ultra will go on sale in 12GB RAM + 256GB and 512GB models, however, the 1TB variant would be Samsung.com exclusive.

Samsung’s next Ultra won’t be getting 16GB RAM and 2TB storage models, which was rumored a few months back.
