Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra battery

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone is set to launch next year, which will likely offer big improvements in battery life with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The Galaxy S25 series phones will also bring amazing enhancements over the current S series models.

Qualcomm’s latest chip, Snapdragon 8 Elite, seems to be a powerhouse for future Android devices. Early tests of phones using this chip, like the Asus ROG Phone 9 Pro and OnePlus 13, show that it can help devices last much longer on a single charge.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite promises a 27% improvement in power efficiency compared to previous models. This means phones using this chip don’t need as much battery power to run, which leads to longer battery life.

In tests, the Asus ROG Phone 9 Pro saw its battery life increase by nearly 30%, despite only having a slightly larger battery than the last model. The OnePlus 13 also showed a 42% improvement, lasting about 17.5 hours in a battery test, up from just 12.2 hours in the previous OnePlus 12 model.

These results suggest that the Snapdragon 8 Elite could bring big changes to battery performance in future smartphones, including the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It’s expected that users will be able to enjoy all-day use without needing to charge their phones as often.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will likely be performance-focused, especially with its advanced camera features and premium display. The long-lasting battery life of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra could make it a powerhouse, providing longer-time benefits of advanced performance.

In a recent development, a rumor allegedly revealed Galaxy S25 Slim camera specifications. The smartphone could feature an upcoming ISOCELL camera with a 200-megapixel resolution along with a newer Telephoto lens.

The S25 Slim could feature a 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP5 sensor as the primary camera. In addition, the company may use two 50-megapixel ISOCELL JN5 sensors as an ultrawide camera and a Telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom.

ISOCELL HP5 in an unannounced image sensor that could feature a 200-megapixel resolution. The addition of a 3.5x Telephoto will be a notable upgrade as recent flagships come with a 3x optical zoom camera of 10-megapixel resolution.

Samsung galaxy Z Flip 6 September 2024 update

Samsung could launch the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE next year. The company is reportedly working on an affordable foldable phone. The aim is to introduce the product in the second half of the next year for a broader audience.

The affordable Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE will make Samsung’s foldable accessible to even more people. The company hasn’t yet confirmed its work on the cheaper foldable device, but industry sources claim it’s indeed in development.

Insider Ross revealed the possibility of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE foldable’s launch in 2025. It would be labeled as the Fan Edition of the Z Flip 7. The source also shared a sneak peek of the display and camera specifications of the Flip FE.

The Galaxy Z Flip (7) FE would get inner and outer screens equivalent to the Z Flip 7. The company could manage to cut overall costs by using slightly different camera sensors and processors than the next-gen foldable phones.

Recently, it was rumored that the affordable Flip phone could use Exynos 2400. It is a decent chipset powering the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus. There are no performance or overheating issues reported with the S24’s Exynos chip.

The best part: despite entering the affordable segment, Samsung’s decision to equip Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE with a flagship chip is worth welcoming. The processor is packed with Generative AI capabilities, potentially bringing Galaxy AI perks.

Samsung could also launch a Special Edition of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 next year. We hope the official confirmation arrives alongside the Z Fold 7. It should also cross the Koren and Chinese boundaries to be accessible globally.
