Samsung Galaxy S21 gets Android 14 One UI 6.0 update in Europe

Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphone users have begun receiving an Android 14 One UI 6.0 update in Europe. The update is live for UK users, and the company will soon expand it.

Based on Android 14, One UI 6 update arrives with new features and improvements such as a redesigned user interface with smoother animations, a revamped notification panel and quick settings, improved privacy and security settings, enhanced camera performance and modes, new widgets, and more.

The update brings the December 2023 security patch to improve system security. In addition, it updates several stock apps to the latest available version.

December 2023 security update for Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphones can be identified through One UI build version G991BXXU9FWL3, G996BXXU9FWL3, and G998BXXU9FWL3 respectively. The update weighs 2.4GB software package.

You can check and install the update through Settings >> Software Update >> Download and install option. The company is expected to make this stable update available to all Galaxy S21 devices soon.
