Samsung’s Galaxy AI teaser, revealing the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event date has been leaked. In a recent development, tipster EvanBlass shared an official-looking GIF through his X account. The post showcases that the Galaxy Unpacked will be focussed on Galaxy AI.

In addition, the Galaxy AI teaser reveals that the Samsung Unpacked 2024 event will take place on January 18 KST, as the date varies by region, it’s expected to launch in the US on January 17. Previous reports revealed that Unpacked will be held in San Jose, USA.

Samsung Unpacked Galaxy AI 2024

Notably, the image mentions the words “Galaxy AI is coming,” referring to the on-device AI assistant expected on the Galaxy S24 lineup. Back in November, we first heard about Galaxy AI, based on the Samsung Gauss AI model, from the company.

At the event, the South Korean tech giant will introduce the Galaxy S24 series. The line includes three models – Galaxy S24, S24 Plus and S24 Ultra. Apart from design changes and hardware upgrades, they’re going to be the company’s first range of on-device AI smartphones.

Samsung took major international landmarks to promote its mega Unpacked event. The company installed giant teasers of the July 2024 Unpacked event and Galaxy AI across cities globally. Teasers show that the Galaxy AI will take center stage yet again after its debut earlier this year.

Digital billboards went live in various cities around the world, including Bangkok, Brasília, Dubai, Ho Chi Minh City, London, Madrid, New York, Seoul, Tokyo and Warsaw, among many others. The campaign video symbolizes Samsung’s journey to unlock all new experiences.

The Korean tech giant launched a global billboard campaign on July 26. As part of this campaign, various Samsung video ads went live screening a rotating 3D cube on a flat surface, followed by a projection of the Eiffel Tower and 4-stars representing Galaxy AI.

The company’s billboard campaigns tease a world of possibilities that will soon change the way people maximize creativity, boost productivity, communicate without barriers and so much more. You will be able to join the July Unpacked and “Galaxy AI is here” live stream on July 10 through official channels.

Samsung will introduce several new hardware products at the next month’s Unpacked event. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 will take center stage. Besides, the Galaxy Ring and Watch Ultra will join the event alongside the Watch 7 series and Buds 3 series.

A notable addition to the Samsung MultiStar module is the Launcher Widget on the cover screen, specifically optimized for One UI 6.1.1. This widget lets users access essential app functions directly from the cover screen. In addition, the update includes support for app icon badges.
