Best Selling Smartphones in the US: Apple rocks, Samsung weeps [Oct 2023]

Apple continues to dominate the US smartphone market. Apple’s iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro/Max topped the first four ranks, while Samsung hardly secured the fifth spot in the best-selling smartphones chart in the US in October 2023.

Counterpoint Research recently published its top 5 smartphone models share. Talking specifically about the US, Apple clean swept the top 5 best-selling smartphones chart with a whopping 4 iPhone models, Samsung, at the same time, secured 5th rank because of its Galaxy A14 5G.

Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro Max was the best-selling smartphone in the US in October 2023, seizing a 24% share. The iPhone 15 Pro (16%), iPhone 15 (13%) and iPhone 14 (4%) ranked second, third, and fourth, respectively. Samsung’s Galaxy A14 5G secured just 3% of the total market share.
