Samsung shares a temporary solution for Keyboard issues in split screen mode

Some Samsung Galaxy users have reported that the keyboard does not appear intermittently while using the split screen mode on their devices. This mode allows users to run two apps simultaneously on the same screen, but it seems to cause some glitches with the keyboard functionality.

According to Samsung’s community moderator, the keyboard may not be displayed intermittently when animation movements are not smooth in certain situations while using split screen mode. The company has suggested a temporary solution for this problem, which is to reboot the phone.

In addition, the company has assured the users through the community post that Galaxy Team is working on a software update that will improve this phenomenon and fix the keyboard issue.

Samsung advised users to keep their devices up to date by updating when a software update pop-up occurs. The software update can also be checked manually by going to Settings >> Software Update >> Download and Install.
