OnePlus Buds 3 launched with bold price to take on Samsung’s Galaxy Buds FE
At a product launch event in China, OnePlus launched the new OnePlus Ace 3 smartphone, which will debut globally as the OnePlus 12R. The company has also introduced OnePlus Buds 3 TWS earbuds, priced at ~ $65, which will compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Buds FE.

Per the info, the OnePlus Buds 3 uses dual dynamic crossover processing in hardware. The woofer unit is a 10.4mm double-layer TPU composite diaphragm, and the tweeter unit is a 6mm planar diaphragm. This combination makes the bass rich and shocking, and the treble details clear.
OnePlus Buds 3 is equipped with self-developed 3D surround spatial sound effects, which deeply optimizes the spatial audio effects. In terms of noise reduction, the earbuds have active noise reduction with a depth of 49dB, which can effectively eliminate up to 99.6% of background noise.
In addition, the earbuds also have 4000Hz ultra-wideband noise reduction, which can eliminate noise in a wider frequency range. Whether it is low-frequency noise during commuting in subways, buses, etc., or environmental noise such as human voices, it can be contained to a certain extent.
Last but not least, the newly released OnePlus Buds 3 also has a built-in 3-microphone system, which can automatically identify the environment and intelligently adjust the depth of noise reduction, thus balancing noise reduction effect and comfort.

The Galaxy M35 sports a 120Hz Super AMOLED display with 1000nits brightness. It will pack a 6000mAh battery for long-lasting entertainment. The battery can be charged with a 25W fast charging adapter, however, you need to purchase it separately.
Samsung also confirmed the Galaxy M5 has a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. It features a 13-megapixel camera for selfies, supports nightography and the primary camera has OIS support.
Details related to price and availability will be officially confirmed on the launch date, i.e. July 17 through Amazon.

Google may opt for 3nm TSMC for the development of Pixel 10’s Tensor G5. Starting the first Tensor, Samsung has been manufacturing Google’s custom processors. However, the Foundry partnership would mark a halt (or an end) with the launch of Pixel 9’s Tensor G4.
According to CTEE, Google Pixel 9’s 3nm Tensor G5 has already been ordered to TSMC. However, the upcoming Tensor G4 is being fabricated on Samsung Foundry’s 4nm process. As the chip is ordered, Google may have finalized the design of the Tensor G5.
Samsung Foundry is facing yield issues with its 3nm process technology. It was reported that the 3nm yield is just 20%, which is not adequate for greenlit mass production. It is also harming Samsung’s Exynos plans, with Galaxy S25 reportedly using MediaTek’s SoC.
Thanks to the 3nm process, Google’s future flagships will offer massive performance and power efficiency improvements. Meanwhile, time will tell whether the Pixel maker has chosen TSMC’s N3E (second-generation 3nm) or N3P (third-generation 3nm) process.
Qualcomm has already switched to TSMC due to overheating and performance issues in Snapdragon chips. Not only mobile chipmakers, but big giants like Nvidia, have also ditched Samsung. This would further widen the gap between TSMC and Samsung Foundry.
