Samsung promises to update NavStar app after ‘Transparent hint’ function bug

Some Galaxy device users are experiencing a bug that is affecting the Samsung NavStar app. The bug occurs when the users use the “Transparent Hint” feature, which makes the navigation bar hint area transparent to make the content visible. When this feature is turned on, gestures do not work properly in full-screen mode, making it difficult to navigate the device.

Samsung is aware of the issue and has confirmed that it will soon release an update to fix it. The community forum moderator has posted a message to inform users and give them some tips. The moderator said that users should check if they have the Transparent Hint function of Samsung NavStar turned on. If the users facing the issue then you have to wait for the new version of the app.

The moderator also stated that users should turn off the navigation bar, set it to swipe way, and send the log right after the problem occurs so that Samsung can check it and solve it faster.
