Samsung moves closer to One UI 6.1 release for Galaxy S23 with new testing build

Samsung Galaxy S23 series is going to receive an Android 14 based One UI 6.1 update soon as a new internal beta build has been spotted on the test server Checkfirm. The newest software is currently only available for Galaxy S24 series and the company is regularly wokring to make it available for more devices.

According to information (via TarunVats), Samsung is testing a new One UI 6.1 build internally on Galaxy S23 sereis. The build version ending with ZXAA and the AA indicating that it could be the final build before the official release.

One UI 6.1 is the latest version of Samsung’s custom Android skin, which is based on Android 14. It brings new features and improvements to the Galaxy devices, such as improved camera performance, enhanced privacy and security, Galaxy AI, and more.
