Samsung Galaxy A25 grabs January 2024 security update

Samsung has released a new update for Galaxy A25, which brings a January 2024 security patch to improve system security and stability. The update is currently rolling out in Central American countries and the company will soon expand it.

January 2024 security update for Samsung Galaxy A25 smartphone comes with One UI build version A256EXXS1AXA6 and an installation package size of 247.41MB.

The latest security patch fixes several issues mainly related to Notification service, Samsung DeX, My Files, and Bluetooth pairing. You can install this update through Settings >> Software Update >> Download and install.

Samsung Galaxy A25 smartphone arrives with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display, an Exynos 1280 SoC, a 50MP triple camera setup, and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging. It comes with a unique design feature called “Key Island”, which refers to the arrangement of the power key (with fingerprint scanner) and volume buttons on the side of the device.
