Launched back on January 17, Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series is gaining stunning response in multiple markets. The devices were internationally released on January 31. Meanwhile, a Galaxy S24 Ultra became a victim of a Green line issue within a week of activation.

The Green line issue isn’t a new concern on Samsung flagships, especially the Galaxy S lineup. The problem occurred on several Galaxy S20 Plus units in various parts of the world. Some consumers of Galaxy S21 Ultra and Note 20 Ultra also reported having the same issue.

Meanwhile, the image shared by a Redditor is enough to bring a headache to all early S24 buyers. A Galaxy S24 Ultra unit was affected by a Green line on display problem, which appeared vertically. Not that all but a bold White line has also popped up on the panel horizontally.

There is a chance of getting the screen faulty due to an unwanted drop. Meanwhile, the consumer denied such a thing and the phone was being used with precautions; naturally, it’s a brand new device. Well, the condition seems to be in the consumers’ favor.

As the phone is brand new and activated just 6 days back, he would get a replacement unit from Samsung. The consumer should approach a nearby authorized service center and share his concern with brand engineers. If it’s a manufacturing defect, the handset will be replaced for sure!
