If you are using an Android 14 and a Galaxy Watch, you may have encountered a bug that affects the alarm settings as several users reported it. The bug occurs when you activate the ‘Turn off on holidays’ option in the detailed alarm settings in the latest watch app.

This option of the Clock app should turn off the alarm on holidays, but it does not work properly. Instead, the alarm turns on and off at random times, even on regular days.

Fortunately, there is a simple solution to fix this issue. You just need to disable the ‘Turn off on holidays’ option in the alarm settings of the clock app on your phone. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Open the Clock app on their phone.
  • Choose the Alarm section.
  • Select the alarm they want to change.
  • Turn off the ‘Turn off on holidays’ option.
  • Save the changes.

By doing this, the alarm functions will work normally on your Galaxy Watch. However, this also means that you will have to manually turn off the alarm on holidays if you don’t want to hear it.

It is just a temporary solution and if you want a permanent solution then you will have to wait for the next update of the watch app. The company has acknowledged the bug and is working on a fix by releasing a new version of the watch app soon.
