Samsung introduced ‘sheLEADS’, a 12-week women leadership development program in India

The South Korean tech giant has always been at the forefront of showcasing and rewarding the remarkable achievements of women employees. Therefore, Samsung has now introduced ‘sheLEADS’, a 12-week women leadership development program in India.

To participate in this outstanding and appreciable ‘sheLeads ’women leadership development program, Samsung India has chosen 20 participants who bring with them a rich and diverse experience across multiple functions within Samsung with experience ranging from 5 to 20 years.

Through this ‘sheLeads’ development program, the employees will be able to create a space that goes beyond being just a workplace and fosters employees’ growth by letting them unleash their full potential as leaders to take one step further towards a more inclusive future.
