Samsung has started dispatching a new update for Galaxy S20 FE devices, which installs the latest February 2024 security patch. This all-new firmware will improve the core mechanism of your first-generation Fan Edition model and boost its overall functioning.

In addition, the patch also mends over 75 vulnerability exposures including 79 CVE items, of which 3 are leveled as critical and 76 as high. While, the Samsung patches include eight (SVE) items, which are related to Samsung’s devices and applications.

Other than this, the February 2024 security update didn’t bring any new features for your Galaxy S20 FE devices. But we recommend users to upgrade their phone to the latest version, for a protected and more secured interpretation of the system.

Moving on, the update is rolling out for Galaxy S20 FE in Latin American countries with One UI build version G780GXXS8EXA6. Whereas, the carrier-locked models of Galaxy S20 FE 5G have acquired the patch with version G781USQSEHXA1 in the US.
