One UI 6.1 offers a bundle of new features and enhancements for Samsung Galaxy S24 users and a new feature has been spotted on the device. In addition to several features, the Galaxy S24 users on One UI 6.1 can enjoy a new feature that allows them to increase the resolution of cropped images in the Gallery app.

A well-known tipster @MishaalRahman spotted this new feature on Galaxy S24 and shared his experience with the feature. The tipster explains how he improves the quality of photos received from an iPhone user via MMS. The original photo had a resolution of 960×1280 pixels and a size of 559KB. Furthermore, the tipster said that this feature is actually powered by the latest version of the Photo Editor app, which is 3.4.13.49. This version has not been rolled out to older Galaxy devices yet. However, it is not yet confirmed whether this photo editor feature will be rolled out for One UI 6-based Galaxy devices as well or not.
