To unlock your phone and restore these functions, you need to enter the PIN that you set up when you locked your phone on the SmartThings Find website. But what if you forget your PIN? Don’t worry, there is a way to reset it.

Here are the steps to reset your SmartThings Find lock PIN:

1. Go to the SmartThings Find website and log in with your Samsung account.
2. Select the device that you locked with SmartThings Find.
3. Click on the “Lock” button
4. Click on the “Enhance security” checkbox and agree to the terms and conditions.
5. Enter and confirm a new PIN that you want to use to unlock your phone.
6. Click on the “Lock” button again to complete the process.

You have successfully reset your SmartThings Find lock PIN. Now you can unlock your phone by entering the new PIN on the lock screen. You can also use the restart and download mode functions as usual.
