March 2024 Android Feature Drop available for Pixel users in the US
As promised, Google has started rolling out the March 2024 Android Feature Drop for Pixel users in the US. Identified via version AP1A.240305.019.A1, the update is now available for select users of AT&T, T-Mobile, and Google Fi. As of now, Verizon users have not started receiving the update.
March 2024 Feature Drop in the US introduces several user-friendly features, including an expandable Bluetooth setting, a Wi-Fi sharing option, and a shortcut to close apps directly from the privacy indicators. It also fixed 34 bugs to enhance the overall performance and stability of the devices.

In addition, the volume slider has been redesigned, and users can now record or cast from a single app. The lock screen displays new icons for alarms and ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode. It also enhances the Fair Pair function.
Furthermore, the update also brings a fresh look to the ‘Your Pixel is up to date’ screen, adds package names to the App info page, and introduces a new icon for force-stopping apps. Notably, the battery information has been removed from the settings.
