Official: Here’s when One UI 6.1 Galaxy AI 6.1 update coming to Samsung devices
Google initiated the Android 15 development program intending to seed it to the Public by September this year. Samsung, on the other side, also announced the One UI 6.1 Galaxy AI update rollout timeline for many smartphones and tablets.
Samsung officially revealed that the One UI 6.1 update with Galaxy AI features coming to eligible flagship devices by the end of March 2024. The company reiterated that the Galaxy S23 series, S23 FE, Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5, as well as Tab S9 series are eligible for this major upgrade.

The South Korean tech giant has been testing the One UI 6.1 for various older Galaxy devices. Meanwhile, it should be noted that Galaxy AI features won’t be available on any lineup released before 2023. The company is keeping the availability limited so people consider upgrading to a new Galaxy.
Samsung launched the Galaxy S24 series with a hybrid approach, bringing both on-device and cloud-based AI and Generative AI features. President Roh also stated that Samsung plans to bring the Galaxy AI experience to over 100 million Galaxy users within 2024.
