Galaxy Watch 6 gets Samsung Health TV pairing feature in the US

After the initial rollout in South Korea, the Samsung Health TV pairing feature for the Galaxy Watch 6 series has now made its way to the US. Yes, the update is rolling out for the locked variants of Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic on Verizon, while, other networks will also collect it soon.

This all-new Samsung Health TV pairing feature is been released for Galaxy Watch 6 devices with the March 2024 update and it allows users to view their exercise data from the Galaxy Watch directly on their TV screen. This will result in better health monitoring and optimize the overall user experience.

This feature will work ultimately when you’re watching a movie or other content on a Samsung Smart TV and working out at the same time. As it will let you view your exercise measurement data on your TV by simply selecting the Connect TV button on your watch for seamless visuals and better understanding.

It’s worth noting that, this new feature only supports Samsung Smart TVs, Smart Monitors, Projectors, and Lifestyle products released in the year 2024. Simultaneously, both the Samsung TV and Galaxy Watch must be registered under the same Samsung account for an appropriate connection.
