Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Fold 6 coming in mid-July 2024, Fold FE later

Samsung is working on its sixth generation foldable phones and a recent report suggests that these devices including Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are coming in mid-July 2024. As the Korean tech giant is scheduled to begin mass production of components for the new foldables in early May.

As per the report of TheElec, Samsung is expected to launch its new foldable phone the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in the second half of this year. An industry official said, the mass production schedule for foldable parts is faster than last year, so the finished foldable product could be released earlier.

To be mentioned, Samsung was about to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 foldable phones at the Galaxy Unpacked Event in July 2024, but due to the components being produced 2-3 weeks earlier this year, the release of the foldable could be brought forward to mid-July 2024.

Whereas, the first entry-level foldable model from Samsung possibly the Galaxy Z Fold FE is likely to be released 2 or 3 months after the launch of regular Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 models. It means you can expect its arrival in September-October of 2024.

However, the sixth-generation foldable phones are expected to come with various upgraded software and hardware capabilities, Galaxy AI being the central. Simultaneously, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is designed to be thinner as compared to its predecessor the Galaxy Z Fold 5.
