Samsung plans to launch Galaxy Watch with Micro LED display in 2025

At the MWC 2024, Samsung showcased several LED display concepts, and now the rumors about devices that will feature this tech have started hovering on the web. Meanwhile, a recent leak suggests that Samsung planning to launch the Galaxy Watch with a Micro LED display in 2025.

According to the information of a tipster named @Tech_Reve, Samsung has been developing a micro LED Galaxy Watch with a target release year of 2025. Simultaneously, the upcoming smartwatch might be dubbed Galaxy Watch Ultra, which is also been rumored to launch with Galaxy Watch 7 series.

A smartwatch from Samsung already includes bundles of sophisticated features and capabilities to offer users an outstanding experience. However, the implementation of the LED (Light-emitting diode) display will further deliver seamless and more appropriate visuals.

To be mentioned, the South Korean tech giant has not yet revealed anything officially about the Galaxy Watch that features Micro LED but as the leak suggests, we can expect the arrival of Galaxy Watch Ultra by 2025.

On the other side, Samsung is also working on the next generation of Galaxy watch namely the Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch 7 Classic. Accordingly, the smartwatches are expected to be revealed at the Galaxy Unpacked Event alongside the sixth generation foldable phones in June-July 2024.
