Owners of the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G have encountered an issue where the screen turns white and unresponsive during incoming calls. Samsung has recognized this as a compatibility issue with the call application.

However, the Korean tech giant has shared an immediate solution. To solve this issue temporarily, users can force stop this buggy call app. This can be done by going to Settings, selecting Applications, enabling Show system apps, and then force-stopping the ‘Call’ app.
