It’s Official: Samsung announces Galaxy AI with One UI 6.1 for Galaxy S22, Z Flip/Fold4 and Tab S8 series
Weeks after controversy, Samsung confirmed Galaxy AI is coming to the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Z Fold 4, and Tab S8 series with One UI 6.1 update. The company will start rolling out the major update to all 2022 flagships in early May.
It’s stunning news for Samsung fans as their phone will also get artificial intelligence capabilities. Previously, the company faced huge criticism because of not listing its 2022 flagships in Galaxy AI eligibility. However, the mistake has now been fixed and consumers can rejoice.
Samsung also confirmed features that Galaxy AI will bring to the Galaxy S22 series, Z Flip 4, Z Fold 4, and Tab S8 series. The list includes Circle to Search, Chat Assist, Interpreter, Live Translate, Note Assist, Transcript Assist, Browsing Assist, Generative Edit, Edit Suggestion and AI-Generated Wallpaper.
