Samsung is regularly working to rollout the fresh security patch to all eligible Galaxy devices. At the moment, the company is rolling out the May 2024 security update to six popular Samsung devices in the US. The list includes Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3, and Galaxy Z Fold 2 smartphones.

May 2024 security update for these devices is currently available on Verizon network carrier in the US. It is an initial rollout so it may take hours or days to reach all models.

The update enhances the security and stability of the system by installing the latest Android security patch. It includes fixes for 45 vulnerabilities, which comprise 33 from Google and 12 that are specific to Samsung, including 3 critical and 26 high-level CVEs.

Users of these smartphones can check for the May 2024 update in the US by going to the device’s settings, selecting ‘Software update’, and then ‘Download and Install’.

It is recommended to install the update as soon as it is available to ensure the device remains secure and functions efficiently. The Korean tech giant plans to release this update in other countries soon.

Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra users are getting One UI 6.1.1 update on the Verizon network in the US. This update has already been rolled out in India, Europe, Korea, and the T-Mobile network carrier in the US.

Verizon brings One UI 6.1.1 update for Samsung Galaxy S22 series with One UI builds given below:

One UI 6.1.1 update adds exciting new features to improve your smartphone experience. It introduces Galaxy AI’s Sketch Conversion, which turns simple drawings into artwork in apps like Samsung Notes.

Following One UI 6.1.1, Samsung released the September 2024 update to the unlocked Galaxy S24 series in the US. The company has recently begun the initial rollout, covering select markets in the European Union.

September 2024 security update comes as the first release for the Galaxy S24 series post One UI 6.1.1 distribution. Earlier this month, the company disclosed that the September patch brings fixes to 1 critical and 43 high-level CVEs.

The update can be identified via the PDA build version ending with AXHF. The rollout is taking place gradually, with hearing that Verizon also sending out the One UI 6.1.1 update to the Galaxy S24 series in the States.
