Samsung has rolled out an Android 14-based One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy A23 and Galaxy Quantum 2 smartphones. The update is rolling out for both devices in Korea and will soon expand to more countries.

Users of Samsung Galaxy A23 and Galaxy Galaxy Quantum 2 smartphones are getting One UI 6.1 update with PDA versions A235NKSU5EXE3 and A826SKSU5GXE1 respectively. This major update brings several new features and improvements to provide an intuitive experience.

Based on Android 14, the One UI 6.1 update unleashes a new way to operate or use your smartphone. Users can look forward to smoother animations, improved image clipping, fresh home screen widgets, and wallpaper editing options. The update also focuses on device longevity with more useful battery protection options.

For personalization, users can enjoy customizable alarm alerts and a more informative weather widget. Security is not left behind, with passkey support now included in Samsung Internet.

The company also improves Accessibility with a new feature that highlights objects in photos and images, making the device more user-friendly for all. While One UI 6.1 comes bundled with Galaxy AI features, it’s worth noting that these advanced capabilities remain exclusive to Samsung’s flagship models.
