Samsung Health has released a new beta update with version 6.26.7.007. This update introduces features that enhance the app’s functionality for users focused on health and fitness. It is available on the Galaxy Store with an installation package size of 122.39MB.

The latest feature allows users to challenge their previous running performances, which aims to surpass their past records. This adds a competitive aspect to their exercise routine.

Additionally, the update lets users crop exercises post-completion. This feature ensures that any idle time before or after the workout is not included in the exercise log for a more accurate account of their activity.

For menstrual cycle tracking, the app has improved its customization. It now displays the most frequently used options at the top of the screen. Users can now also record their moods with custom options.

The new update to the Samsung Health app brings valuable improvements for users for more personalized accurate fitness and health metrics tracking.
