Samsung One UI 6 Watch (Wear OS 5) Beta: Eligible Devices and Countries

Samsung officially announced the One UI 6 Watch Beta Program going live next month. In its press release, Samsung revealed eligible Galaxy Watch models and countries for the One UI 6 Watch Beta powered by Android 14-based Wear OS 5.

Wear OS 5-based One UI 6 Watch Beta will be available for Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 4, Watch 5 and Watch 6 series. We’ve recently reported that the Galaxy Watch 4 series will also get this major upgrade later this year.

Now with the Beta Program, consumers will be able to experience the features and advancements in their development stage. However, this opportunity will be limited to users residing in the United States and South Korea.

Similar to One UI Beta for mobile, the smartwatch-specific Beta activity can also be availed through the Members app. Users will have to enroll in the Beta Program through their Galaxy device to receive test builds over the air.

The company confirmed that the One UI 6 Watch will also include Galaxy AI for eligible smartwatches. Integration of Galaxy AI will provide users with more accurate and helpful insights into their health and wellness.

Some of the features that Samsung teased are Energy Score, Wellness Tips, Sleep Insights, Aerobic Threshold (AT) / Anaerobic Threshold (AnT) Heart Rate Zone, Functional Threshold Power (FTP), Workout Routine, and Race mode.
