Samsung One UI 6.1.1 GIF Creation feature

Samsung has announced the integration of HDR10+ capabilities into Instant Slow-mo videos. The company is gearing up to release it in an upcoming software update to enhance the Galaxy experience.

A Samsung community moderator has confirmed this development by stating that the HDR10+ function is ready for slow-motion videos and will be included in the next software update.

The HDR10+ technology is mainly known for its dynamic tone and contrast adjustment that fine the setting for each scene. By extending HDR10+ to Instant Slow-mo videos, Samsung aims to improve the quality of videos by providing better clarity and color details.

Users are eagerly waiting for the new update which is expected to make the video viewing experience even more dynamic and attractive. They should wait for the update notification that will bring this new video capability to their device.

Samsung Instant Slow-mo HDR10+

Earlier, Samsung expanded Instant Slow-mo support for 480×480 24fps videos. This powerful tool makes creating and sharing high-quality slow-motion videos on social media easier than ever.

Instant Slow-mo feature plays the captured videos 4 times slower by creating a new game during each movement through AI frame rate conversion technology. It requires no separate settings when shooting. This feature transforms ordinary videos into cinematic slow motion.

Shocking! Galaxy Z Fold 6 FE listed in India, Korea launch date leaked

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition

Galaxy Z Fold 6 FE is briefly listed on the Samsung India site. The company’s upcoming foldable phone comes with a thinner design over the standard Galaxy Z Fold 6. The handset was rumored to be exclusive to China and South Korea.

The phone’s India listing revealed its official promo images and confirmed colors. The device will launch in two colors – Crafted Black and White, with memory configurations that could include 12GB RAM + 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage.

The immature listing shows the SM-F956B model number and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip used. Samsung will also equip it with Galaxy AI – similar to the Z Fold 6. The Special Edition could sport a 19.32 cm QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display.

Anyway, what it did apparently say was that pre-orders for the device in Korea will start on October 18 and end on October 24 ahead of the phone’s release on October 25. So perhaps the September 25 leak got the date right, just not the month.

In a separate leak, Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition could go on pre-order in Korea from October 18 to October 24. The release is scheduled to take place on October 25, with previous rumors indicating the launch could have been done on September 25.

Previous reports say that the Z Fold 6 SE could feature an 8″ internal folding screen and a 6.5″ cover screen. The camera department is said to consist of a 200-megapixel primary camera from the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S24 September 2024 update

Samsung could not release the Galaxy S26 vanilla, a rumor surfaced. The Galaxy S25 will debut in January 2025 and the S26 series will surely arrive in 2026. Hence, the rumored input should be taken as a grain of salt.

IceUniverse reports that Samsung may adjust the Galaxy S26 series. It is said that the vanilla model could be canceled as it is no longer competitive. The reason is the aggressive marketing approach by Chinese phone makers.

OPPO and vivo are preparing to unveil their small flagship phones. The tipster says these handsets feature better specs than Samsung and Apple. The latter has iOS as an edge over rivals, but Samsung would lag in the future.

The next year’s Galaxy S lineup will debut three models as usual. The rumor regarding the S26 series is like an assumption judging from the product strategy. Meanwhile, Samsung has continued to upgrade the specs of the S Plus models.

Galaxy S26 Rumor

We’ve recently reported a potential CPU performance revolution in the Galaxy S26 series. Qualcomm is expected to ship the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 with up to 5GHz peak frequency. It would be just an outstanding upgrade in the history of the Android world.

Previously, we’ve witnessed rumors of Samsung’s killing the S24 Plus. The company didn’t. Galaxy S is Samsung’s mainstream flagship lineup. Any major change such as cancelling a model isn’t easy and can’t be assumed over a year early.

The South Korean tech giant introduced significant upgrades to previous Galaxy S models. Galaxy S24 is one of the most powerful Android flagships in the market, even though it strongly competes with Apple’s iPhone 15 and iPhone 16.
