Samsung Galaxy S23 series starts getting June 2024 security update
Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra users are getting a new update with the latest June 2024 security patch. The update is available for locked models in the US on T-Mobile and US Cellular networks.
June 2024 security update for Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones can be identified through One UI build version S911USQS3CXE3, S916USQS3CXE3, and S918USQS3CXE3 respectively.
The latest security patch fixes 37 high-level CVEs for the Android operating system. In addition, Samsung is also including 22 SVE items in the update. It resolves several issues including those affecting the grid image display, battery statistics services, call verification, the Samsung Dialer app, and more.
Through this update, the company aims to enhance system security and stability to provide a better Galaxy experience. The update is rolling out gradually so it may take some hours or days to reach all models.
