Samsung boosts Galaxy Z Fold 4 security with June 2024 update

Samsung is enhancing the security of its Galaxy Z Fold 4 smartphone with the release of the June 2024 security update. This update is rolling out for locked models in the US and will soon be available to more countries.

Users of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 smartphone are getting a June 2024 security update with One UI build version F936USQS5FXF1. The update improves system security and stability to provide an enhanced performance.

June 2024 security patch fixes over 55 vulnerability exposures from Google and Samsung to maintain the device’s reliability and offer users secure and error-free services. It also enhances some functions for a better user experience.

It is an initial rollout so it may take hours or days to reach all eligible devices. To check and install the update, open the Settings app >> Software Update >> Download and install.
