Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 might use MediaTek Dimensity chip in the US
Samsung might use MediaTek Dimensity chip in the Galaxy Tab S10 in the US. It looks like the company is considering bringing the Dimensity 9300+ processor to the Galaxy S10+, with the same strategy apparently expanded to the Standard model.
Tipster IceUniverse spotted Galaxy Tab S10+ (US variant) running MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. The Geekbench listing revealed the chip’s codename alongside the memory configuration and architecture of the central processing unit.
Dimensity 9300+ could feature a quad core setup with a peak speed of 3.40GHz. It appears to be the same configuration as the Dimensity 9300, which has one Cortex-X4 prime core at 3.4 GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores at 2.85 GHz, and four Arm Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0 GHz.

As far as the listing is concerned, it’s quite early stage of development. It can’t be considered the final version would remain the same as Samsung usually uses Snapdragon in the US. If Dimensity joins the party, the Tab S10 Ultra might still use Snapdragon SoC.
Samsung might launch the Galaxy Tab S10 tablets alongside the Galaxy S25 series next year. The Galaxy Tab S9 series was launched back in August 2023. The company is maintaining a gap of 1.5 years in introducing a new flagship tablet lineup to the market.
